Open House’s annual summer kick off picnic will take place this year on Sunday 14 June at the CUJD in Montbonnot. The barbecues will be fired up and the drinks will be flowing! You and your family are invited to come and partake in the fun! Children’s activities will be available throughout the day. There is a nominal entrance fee, and we ask that you bring a dish to share. Please reserve this date on your calendars! Open House looks forward to seeing there! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
WHAT TO BRING?
Please bring a side dish for about 10 people, sweet or savory to share! (For example: quiche, pizza, big bowl of salad, cake salé, a tarte, fruit salad, tirimisu, cookies…)
We will start cooking at 12:30 so make sure you’re there early to get your burger hot!
Bring a volleyball, badminton, pétanque….
Any ideas for making this picnic a memorable and fun event?!
COST
Open House Members: 6 euros per person (free for children under 3)
Non-members: 10 euros (7 euros non-member children, free for children under 3)
Cost covers: venue rental, meat, drinks, bread, condiments
Please be sure to pay before the event.

We need volunteers for the following:
- Set up (from 10:30 – 12)
- BBQ
- Bartending
- Clean-up
- Kids activities
- SIMPLE face painting

Access by car:
CUJD is 10 km from Grenoble, take the A41 towards Chambéry, take exit 25. At 300 m from the exit, ZAC Pre Millet and take rue Aristide Berges.

Access by bicycle: Please check Google Maps
Access by bus:
Bus No. 6070 from the stop Gieres – Station – Universities, on the tram lines B and C.
The bus stops Pré Millet and Pre de l’Eau on bus line 6070 are 100 m from the CUJD.
Bus Express Voiron – Crolles :
In Grenoble, it stops at the train station, Place Victor Hugo, and Chavant.
The Pre de l’Eau bus stop is 100 meters from the CUJD.
